When your purchase complete, you will receive an Order Confirmation email confirming your order number # with your order details. If after 6 hours since your purchase is completed you have not received an Order Confirmation email, please contact us immediately through our email

After you complete the purchase, your order needs to be processed for stocking, packing, and shipping, and this normally takes 5-10 working days. After that, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number. To track your package, simply click on the link provided and tracking numbers can take 5-7 working days to appear in the shipping carrier's system.

Here is only an estimate of the shipping times. Due to factors that often affect international shipments, such as holidays, year-end shipping time, COVID-19, customs, and weather, etc., the process of shipping may be delayed. We will send you an announcement email about this.

Wrong address

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly from the number of the house, the name of road, city, state, zip code, etc. (especially the building needs exactly the number of apartments).

If you find your shipping address is wrong, please contact us via email at 12 hours since your purchase completed, so that we can assist in handling this problem for you.

If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered. The only thing we can do is provide you with the carrier’s contact so that you can change the shipping address by yourself.

If the order arrives at your country and:

- The customers refuse to accept the package

- The carriers have to re-ship the packages many times

- According to the tracking number, the order shipping status indicated that the package was delivered successfully to the address that the customers provided
