Return & Refund Policy

By placing an order, you confirm that You have read, understood and accepted the following policies.

Our return & refund policies are available if initiated within five (5) days of receiving your package (the arrival date is defined as the date that shows the “delivered” status of the tracking number of your package). Any claims made after 5 days will NOT be accepted.

Return/Refund Conditions

We are focusing on providing high-quality items for you. However, if you received the item(s) which damaged or have any manufacturing problems or wrong in delivery, we will process a replacement or refund request with these conditions:

- All items must be in new conditions: unworn or unused.

- In their original packaging with the shipping label.

- Must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories (if have)

- In case our shop accepts your return request, we will refund you after we have received your package and inspected it. Ship via insured ground service (recommend: USPS or UPS) with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the customer's expense. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during the return process.

Note: Please contact us if you want to return an item. Return without prior discussion and authorization will not be accepted. The address marked on the shipping label is the address of our partnership USPS's office.

Our shop will NOT accept to return or exchange if:

- The customer(s) changed their mind

- The item(s) have been used or washed

- Lack of accessories

- The item(s) have been delivered with correct size and/or correct color as in order.

- The item(s) have been broken after several uses.

- The products are the gift

Return & Refund Instructions

Step 1: After receiving your order, if the items have been damaged, defective or wrong delivery, you must send the evidence within 5 days about it. You can record a video while opening the packages or take a photo.

Step 2: Send the email to our customer support email at support@uniqdealy.com , we will be happy to assist you to solve these problems as soon as possible.

Note: Please contact us if you want to return an item. Return without prior discussion and authorization will not be accepted. 

 Late or missing refund

If you have not received the refund amount from our shop, please check your bank again. Normally, the refund process will take around 5 – 7 working days (based on the bank).

After checking all of those and you still did not receive the refund amount, please contact us via email at support@uniqdealy.com.

Order Cancellation

You can only cancel your order within 6 hours since your purchase completely. However, please be well-informed that we need to pay for management, processing, and transaction fee so that 30% of your total order value should be charged for the cancellation.

Order Revision

You can only revise the order information (size, color, address) within 12 hours since you completed the purchase.

If you purchase the wrong product(s), please contact us following the email at
support@uniqdealy.com. We will be happy to assist you to solve these problem(s).

Besides, if you found that you ordered the wrong product and would like to re-order, email us immediately within 12 hours from the purchasing time.

In case you would like to change the variant you ordered, you only need to inform us:

- The new order has a same price with the old order, we will assist you to change it on our system

- The new order has a lower price than the old order, we will assist you to change it on our system and refund the rest of the order's amount you paid to your account in 5-7 days (based on your bank)

- The new order has a higher price than the old order, we will cancel your previous order and give you a discount code with the same amount as your previous order so that you can order again.
